Terms and Conditions

Important: Funky Cash Money is currently in pre-launch development. These terms describe the planned service and must be reviewed and updated before public money movement begins.

1. The Service

Funky Cash Money is a technology platform owned and operated by Make Ends Meet LLC. The planned Service will allow eligible users to send personal loan requests to other users, record video requests, enter proposed repayment terms, accept electronic agreements, transfer funds through approved providers, maintain records and receive reminders.

2. Make Ends Meet LLC is not the lender

Loans are made directly between users. Make Ends Meet LLC does not currently fund, underwrite, approve, deny, guarantee, insure, collect or purchase user loans. Each potential lender independently decides whether to lend. We do not guarantee repayment, creditworthiness, identity, enforceability or outcome.

3. Eligibility and accounts

Users must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering an agreement and located where the Service is permitted. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and complete any required identity or payment verification.

4. User agreements

Borrowers and lenders are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the amount, repayment amount, due date, interest selection and other terms. The users—not Make Ends Meet LLC—are parties to their loan agreement. Users should obtain independent legal or financial advice when appropriate.

5. Payments and fees

Money movement will be provided through approved third-party financial-service providers and will be subject to their approval, rules, availability and additional terms. Applicable Service fees will be disclosed before a user authorizes a transaction. Users remain responsible for bank fees, taxes and their obligations to one another.

6. Video and electronic records

By submitting a video request or accepting an agreement, a user authorizes the Service to create and retain related electronic records. Users may not upload unlawful, deceptive, threatening, infringing or unauthorized content.

7. Prohibited conduct

Users may not use the Service for fraud, unlawful lending, money laundering, sanctions evasion, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized transactions or any activity prohibited by law or an approved service provider.

8. Reminders and disputes

Reminders are informational and are not collection services or legal notices. Users are responsible for resolving disputes with one another. Make Ends Meet LLC may provide available records but does not decide who is legally correct.

9. Availability

The Service may be modified, suspended or unavailable, including when required by a payment provider, bank partner, app store or law. No feature or transaction speed is guaranteed.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Make Ends Meet LLC is not responsible for a user’s decision to lend or borrow, failure to repay, loss caused by another user, or services controlled by third parties. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be waived.
