Account and Data Deletion

Funky Cash Money is currently in pre-launch development. When user accounts become available, users may request deletion of their account and eligible personal information.

How to submit a request

1. Email Funkycashmoney1@yahoo.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line “Account and Data Deletion Request.”
3. Include your full name and account email or phone number. Do not email passwords, full bank-account numbers or full card numbers.
4. Complete reasonable identity verification if requested so we do not delete the wrong person’s information.

What may be deleted

Subject to verification and applicable law, we may delete or de-identify profile information, optional content and other eligible account data.

What may be retained

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required, including transaction records, accepted agreements, video-request records, fraud and security records, tax or accounting records, unresolved dispute information and records needed to establish or defend legal claims.
