This Privacy Policy explains how Make Ends Meet LLC ("Make Ends Meet," "we," "us," or "our") plans to collect, use, disclose and protect information in connection with the Funky Cash Money website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). The mobile application is currently in pre-launch development. This policy will be updated before public money movement begins to identify approved service providers and final data practices.
Information we may collect
- Account and identity information, such as name, contact details, date of birth and identity-verification information.
- Video loan requests, profile content and communications submitted through the Service.
- Loan-request and agreement information, including requested amount, repayment amount, due date, interest selection, acceptance records, dates and timestamps.
- Payment and transaction information. Approved payment providers may collect bank-account or card information directly; we do not intend to display full payment credentials to other users.
- Device, diagnostic, security and usage information needed to operate, protect and improve the Service.
- Information submitted in support, privacy or account-deletion requests.
How we may use information
- Provide accounts, video requests, agreements, records, reminders, payments and related app features.
- Verify identity, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with applicable legal obligations.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the Service.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and improve the Service.
- Enforce agreements and protect users, Make Ends Meet LLC and others.
How information may be disclosed
Information may be disclosed to the recipient of a user’s request, approved payment and identity-verification providers, hosting and technical providers, professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement when legally required, and a successor in a permitted business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.
Video and agreement records
Video requests and accepted agreement records are central features of the planned Service. They may be retained for recordkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute response and legal-compliance purposes, even after account closure when permitted or required by law.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including recordkeeping and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of certain information by emailing Funkycashmoney1@yahoo.com. Some records may need to be retained as permitted or required by law. See our Account and Data Deletion page.
Children
The planned Funky Cash Money financial service is not directed to children under 18, and users must be at least 18 years old.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Service, approved providers or legal requirements change. We will post the updated date on this page.
